Alfaxan® VNCA Conference Competition Terms and Conditions.

1. Information on ‘How to Enter’ and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, except employees of the promoter, Jurox and their immediate families and employees/families of agencies associated with this promotion.
3. The promotion commences 8.00 am Monday, Jan 3, 2012 and final entries close at 5.00 pm Monday March 16, 2012. The draw will take place at Jurox Pty Limited, 85 Gardiner Street, Rutherford, NSW 2320 at 2.00 pm March 19, 2012. The winners will be notified by telephone using contact details provided in their entry, and will be confirmed by mail. There will be an unclaimed prize draw at 9.00 am on July 20, 2012 for all prizes unclaimed on this date.
4. To enter, participants must place an order with their veterinary wholesaler of Jurox product consisting of
   1. Either one (1) Chlorhex S, or one (1) Chlorhex C, or one (1) Iovone Scrub or two (2) Iovone Solution.
   2. Participants may enter as many times as they like, by making repeat orders as outlined in a. above.
   3. An entry will be placed in the draw on confirmation by a Jurox Staff Member that an order has been placedOrders must be confirmed as having been completed with a veterinary wholesaler by a Jurox staff member before an entry into the draw is awarded with the veterinary wholesaler.
5. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry or received after the close of entry, regardless of post-mark date, will not be considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. There are two prizes for this competition, each consisting of one Harvey World Travel Voucher, one ticket to the Gala Dinner, and one exclusive dinner with Jurox (total value $850 each). The winners of the promotion will be determined by one two randomly-drawn entry by the promoter at 2.00 pm March 19, 2012. The winner will receive one Harvey World Travel Voucher, one ticket to the Gala Dinner, and one exclusive dinner with Jurox valued at $850. 
7. The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
9. Subject to all the requirements under any relevant state and territory regulations, the promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as are necessary on July 19, 2012 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. All entries become the property of the promoter.
10. The promoter may use information it collects in relation to you to provide you with information regarding further offers, promotions or goods and services provided by the promoter. The promoter may also disclose information about you to its service providers to enable the promoter to provide you with services. You consent to the promoter’s use and disclosure of information about you as contemplated by this paragraph. To remove your information from its customer database, please contact Jurox Pty Limited.
11. To the full extent permitted by law, the promoter will not be liable to you in respect of any claim for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any personal injury suffered by you or as a result of or in connection with the promotion.
