Document Clerk

We have a temporary opportunity for a Document Clerk to assist our Business Systems team with a long term project, located at our head office in Rutherford, NSW.

This contract will be for a minimum of 6 months with the potential to extend to 12 months.

Job Description

  • Modify existing Microsoft Word documents in accordance with a specified template
  • Convert Word documents into PDF documents
  • Load PDF’s into a Document Management System

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to perform repetitive computer functions
  • Patient and willing to methodically work through a large number of documents
  • Demonstrated experience working with document management systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Word skills and other Microsoft office products would be highly regarded
  • Excellent communications skills to all levels of staff
  • Ability to plan and work productively with little direct supervision
